Young chefs are going to love this Christmas-themed cooking class, but act fast if you want a spot.

Budding chefs who can’t get enough of Lori Lesley’s wildly popular cooking classes for kids are in for another treat with the holiday edition of “The Kids Table.”

“This is going to be so much fun. The kids will learn how to make three different kinds of Christmas cookies, then we will have a cookie exchange,” Lori told Beneath the Surface News. “I am scheduling the classes early, before things really start to get busy during the holidays.”

Lori will host four classes at her home in Erath County: 10 a.m.–noon and 2-4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4, (to accommodate home schoolers) and 10 a.m.-noon and 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7.

The cost is $85 per child and half is due at the time of registration.

The kids will also get to take home a fantastic goodie bag.

“Belle Dowell with The Home Place is donating a set of cookie cutters, rolling pin and Christmas cookie mat for each of the kids to take home,” Lori said. “And they will also get a Christmas apron.”

Space is limited so if you want a spot, you better get cooking and reserve it soon by calling or texting Lori at 254-485-1314.
