If you have ever dreamed of living in a cozy country cabin with modern day amenities, you’re in luck.
Chris and Misty Walter are building small communities of cabins in Erath County called 100X Cabins and you are going to fall in love with them.
Nestled in a tree-lined, gated community, the one-bedroom cabins come with a small front porch, fenced in backyard, kitchen, living area, bathroom and walk-in closet.
“They come with all appliances including a washer and dryer,” Chris told Beneath the Surface News. “We also have WiFi and the only thing tenants pay for is electricity.”
The cabins are located on Pigeon Road right before the intersection of 3025.
If you weren’t able to get your hands on one of these recently-completed cabins, there’s no need to fret.
Chris Walter Construction is building another group that is expected to be complete in October.
A second phase of the project will include 10-12 additional cabins, some with two bedrooms, that will be available for rent in Spring 2021.
