The now vacated building once home to Fiddle Creek Steakhouse is getting new tenants. And you’re going to love it.

Cheerful Heart Gifts & Boutique, popular in Glen Rose, Granbury and Meridian, is making its way to Stephenville.

Shawn Stone with Hayden Real Estate represented Fiddle Creek in the transaction.

“They closed on the building Friday and are going to get started on renovations right away,” Shawn told Beneath the Surface News. “They want to open by Thanksgiving.”

Cheerful Heart sells unique gifts and home décor as well as women’s and children’s clothing.
