Callie Fender is ready to begin baking for the holidays.


This amazing amateur chef is back with Fancy Schmancy Pies and is now taking orders for buttermilk ($25), pumpkin ($25), pecan ($30) and chocolate bourbon pecan ($30).



“This is my fifth year to do this and it’s a lot of fun,” Callie told Beneath the Surface News. “Last year I made 162 pies.”


As someone who can’t make a decent crust, that number makes my eye twitch.


It’s also why I placed my own order for pies last year.


Not only were they delicious and baked to perfection, each pie was nicely packaged, making it the perfect gift.



Fancy Schmancy pies are available from Nov. 18 through Dec. 23.
