If you’re on a health journey, Stephenville’s new wellness spa is for you.
The Wellness Bar, located at 195 River North Blvd, Suite 102 (next to Revision Aesthetics & Wellness), is a sanctuary for clients seeking renewal.
Step inside the luxurious center and you’ll find friendly faces ready to guide you through a series of modern, personalized treatments aimed at restoring balance, health and beauty.
Owner Paige Hammond opened the wellness spa in January.
“I have always been interested in health and beauty, so this has been a long time coming,” Paige told Beneath the Surface News.
“I’m really pleased with the response we have received from our clients.”
The Wellness Bar offers several treatments, each in its own private room complete with a robe and slippers.
There’s a red light therapy pod, cold plunge, sauna pod, hyperbaric chamber, lymphatic drainage suit, cryo-spot treatments and massage chair.
Paige said the sauna pod is one of the most popular treatments.
“It’s a lay-down sauna with infrared heat. The bed itself vibrates and circulates Himalayan salt and aroma, so it’s very relaxing.
“There are different settings for weight management, wellness and relief and relaxation.”
The lymphatic draining suit followed by a session in the sauna pod is popular among women, helping to sculpt the body, alleviate stress and fluid retention and reduce stress.
“Men love the cryotherapy because it’s a pain reliever and good for weight loss,” Paige said.
Clients can purchase individual sessions or a variety of packages and will begin offering Japanese head spas next week.
The Wellness Spa is open from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday and 1 - 5 p.m. Sunday.
Appointments aren’t necessary, but are suggested.
