This easy Smoked Queso will make your mouth water.
By SHAWN STONE
WHAT’S IN IT
1 32-oz package Velveeta cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 Jalapenos
1 14-oz can diced tomato
1 red onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 TBS chopped chipotle
Taco seasoning
HOW TO MAKE IT
Get your smoker going at 250 degrees, steady, then brown the ground meat in a skillet and add taco seasoning.
While simmering, chop the onion and jalapeño (I took the seeds out, personal preference) and cut the block of Velveeta into cubes.
Once the meat is done, add everything to a 9x13 baking tin and cook in the smoker for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
