WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Dash of salt
1 ¼ cups whole milk
Spoonful of Greek yogurt
1 large egg, room temperature
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
SUGAR COATING
¼ cup butter
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Set egg on counter, melt butter and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
In separate bowl, combine milk, yogurt, vanilla, then whisk in butter and egg.
Add to dry ingredients and mix.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes, then flip onto cooling rack.
Cover entire loaf with sugar mixture.
Slice and serve warm.
