If you’re plagued with a sweet tooth, you’ll love this recipe for blondies.

 

This yummy treat looks like a brownie, but is made with a cookie base and has a “cakey” consistency.

 

They are easy to make and so, so good.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

 

4 cups flour, sifted

 

2 tsp baking soda 

 

2 c of butter softened 

 

1 1/2 cups brown sugar 

 

1/2 cup white sugar 

 

 4 eggs

 

2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix

 

2 tsp vanilla

 

chocolate chips 

 

 

HOW TO MAKE IT

 

Sift together flour and baking soda; cream butter and sugars using a mixer and add one egg at a time until blended.

 

Add pudding and vanilla to wet mixture and slowly combine dry ingredients.

 

Once combined, add chocolate chips.

 

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

Flatten dough and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
