The Com: New ‘764’ documentary highlights destructive group started by Stephenville teen.
A new documentary that premiered Sept. 18 on Sky News is highlighting a sadistic online network that manipulates and abuses young people through gaming and social media.
The Com: Online, Sadistic and Deadly explores the violent online extremist network known as "764," which was started in 2021 by a 15-year-old Stephenville teen named Bradley Cadenhead.
Beneath the Surface News first began covering the case in 2023 when Cadenhead pleaded guilty to nine counts of child pornography.

He used the online alias “Felix” and was later sentenced to 80 years in prison.

The community’s reaction to the harsh sentencing was mixed at first with many readers asking why a young man would receive such a harsh sentence.

I watched The Com earlier today when I learned that it had premiered.
It’s a difficult watch.
In fact, the documentary is so harrowing that it comes with a warning.
It’s set in the UK and explores how the “764” group has expanded globally, prompting the FBI and Department of Justice to label it a national security threat because it coerces minors into self-harm, suicide and sexual abuse.
