Who needs a greasy hamburger when you can enjoy a tasty chicken avocado burger instead?


This easy recipe will satisfy your cravings with zero guilt.


WHAT’S IN IT


2 lb. ground chicken breast


6 oz. avocado


¼ cup diced onion


1 tsp, mustard powder

½ tsp. chili powder


1 tsp garlic powder


¼ tsp. salt


½ tsp. paprika


¼ tsp. cumin


½ cup shredded zucchini

HOW TO MAKE IT


In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the avocado.


Once the spices are thoroughly mixed into the chicken gently stir in the avocado.


Form the mixture into four patties using your hands.


Grill over medium high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.


Make sure the burgers reach a temperature of 165° F.
