WHAT YOU NEED

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup zero sugar cool whip

1 package sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

1 package strawberries, cleaned and dried

For covering: Chocolate chips/coconut oil

HOW TO MAKE IT

Bring cool whip to room temperature.

In bowl, whisk yogurt and pudding mix until combined; fold in cool whip.

Cover and refrigerate for two hours.

We love to throw a scoop in a bowl and cover with fruit and graham cracker.

You can also toss in a handful of chocolate chips

Another option is to make a chocolate covered strawberries.

Simply slice strawberries in half, add a spoonful of filling to one side, dip into chocolate and refrigerate.

Looks easy to make and really tasty—definitely something I’d try at home. Slope Rider vibes: simple, smooth, and enjoyable without overthinking it.
