Stephenville man indicted on 10 counts of child pornography by Erath County grand jury.

Christopher Shane Weaver

An Erath County grand jury on Thursday indicted nine individuals including a man charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.

Christopher Shane Weaver is facing a lot of years in prison with all those second degree felony charges.

Erath County District Attorney Alan Nash told Beneath the Surface News that the 10 felony indictments are in addition to three previous indictments for the same charge.

Nash would not comment on the pending case, but the grand jury indictment and arrest affidavit states that Weaver was arrested by Stephenville police after the department was contacted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in August 2022.

The report from NCMEC states that a number of videos and images showing prepubescent boys and girls engaging in sexual acts with adults or other children were uploaded to Weaver’s IP address.

One of those videos reportedly involve a young male being raped by an adult male, according to the arrest affidavit.

Others indicted include:

Hayden Colver Allen for evading arrest with a vehicle, a third degree felony.

Byron Dean Koonsman for deadly conduct (discharge of a firearm), a third degree felony.

Porche Dionne Martinez for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

Mistie Faye Mayes for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

Juan Antonio Renteria for possession of a substance, a state jail felony, and tampering with evidence, a third degree felony.

Tuesday Renee Robison for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony, and abandoning or endangering a child, a state jail felony.

Heather Joyce Simpson for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.

Terry De Anthony Smallwood for theft of a firearm, a state jail felony, and tampering with evidence, a third degree felony.
