I don’t care that it’s only Nov. 5.
I’ll be watching tonight’s election returns alongside my twinkling Christmas tree.
Why so early, you ask? Because Christmas is a season and I need a full two months to enjoy the happiness it brings.
Anyone who knows me understands my deep affinity for all things Christmas.
So, our halls are already decked with fat Santas, nutcrackers and twinkling lights.
And in the living room stands the Christmas tree, fully decorated by my good friend Polly Hamilton.
