Property Manager Jessica Dutra said the office complex is now called South Loop Plaza and its makeover will include a new roof, stucco, revamped parking lot and new signage in front of the building.

“It should be complete in 60 to 90 days; it’s going to look brand new,” Jessica told Beneath the Surface News.

The space will include two restrooms and washer and dryer and each suite comes with private plumbing, a washbowl, sink, cabinet, luxury cutting chair and shampoo bowl.

The 100 to 130 square foot spaces start at $225 per week and will be available for rent beginning Jan. 1.

The South Loop Plaza is positioned in one of Stephenville’s most active commercial corridors, offering businesses unmatched visibility.
