Onyx Therapeutic Counseling helps clients unearth long-standing behavior patterns that are holding them back from reaching their full potential and leading a fulfilling life.
Owner Terah Gibson brings more than a decade of experience in treatment leadership and clinical counseling before dedicating her full focus to Onyx.
“Our life experiences mold and shape who we are,” Terah told Beneath the Surface News.
“Sometime people need help getting through trauma, divorce, career changes, having a baby - those milestones in our life that can be difficult.”
Terah graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master of Science of Counseling Psychology in 2010.
“I specialize in marriage and family therapy,” she said.
“People shy away from therapy because of the vulnerability involved. What people need to know is that it’s a confidential conversation with an unbiased individual, judgment free.”
Terah offers a free 15-minute consultation for interested clients.
Onyx Therapeutic Counseling is located in suite 1C in the Preferred Properties building on the Senator Robert J. Glasgow Loop in Stephenville.
