Hearsay Wine Bar to host wine pairing dinner with Chef Curren Dodds and Silver Spur Winery.

The four-course dinner, which will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26, will include chilled gulf shrimp with lime aioli, charcuterie with smoked ham, sausage and pate with local jam, beef caramelized onion pie and flourless chocolate cake with plum sauce.
(The wine pairings will be revealed the night of the dinner.)
“This is one of our favorite events,” Lisa Pendleton, owner of Hearsay, told Beneath the Surface News. “It’s always a special night with amazing food and fantastic wine.”
Reservations are required and only a limited number of seats are available.
