Erath County grand jury indicts 20 on variety of charges. Here’s the full list.

The Erath County grand jury has indicted 20 individuals including a man charged with possession of fentanyl.
Micah David Stanley is charged with two counts of possession of a substance, a second and third degree felony.
“Micah Stanley’s cases involve fentanyl, which has been a more frequent issue over the last couple of years,” Erath County District Attorney Alan Nash told Beneath the Surface News.
“It’s not as pervasive as meth or cocaine, but we are now seeing fentanyl show up in lab analysis of seized narcotics several times a year.”

Alvaro Antonio Aleman for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony.
Kelly Dawn Cantero for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
Anthony Charles D’Amore for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.
John David Davis for possession of a substance and assault on a peace officer (enhanced), both second degree felonies.
Krista Kae Fuller for theft, a state jail felony.
Theresa Kay Hamilton for theft, a state jail felony.
Bradley Michael Henline for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (enhanced), a third degree felony.
Abigail Martinez for possession of a substance, a second degree felony.
William Lynn Owens II for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
Mark Daniel Perez for possession of a substance, a third degree felony.
Tyteana Elizabeth Perry for driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, a state jail felony.
Robert Lee Powell for possession of a substance, a state jail felony,
Odalis Ramos-Guerrero for credit/debit card abuse (elderly victim), a third degree felony.
Yazmin Ramos-Guerrero for credit/debit card abuse (elderly victim), a third degree felony.
Javone Douglas Rawls for possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
Kasey Reynolds for theft of metals and possession of a substance, both state jail felonies.
Baron Ernest Rittiner for DWI 3rd or more offense (enhanced), a third degree felony.
Curtis Glenn Williams Jr. for deadly conduct (discharge firearm), a third degree felony.
Chase Lee Wimer for possession of a substance, a third degree felony.
