Drug-related charges top latest Erath County grand jury indictments.

An Erath County grand jury recently indicted 12 people with the majority of charges being drug related.

The following list of indictments was issued by the office of District Attorney Alan Nash.

• Mark Robert Ainger for driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), F3

• Jennifer Elizabeth Andresen for possession of a substance in penalty group 2, F2

• Dustan Ray Butz for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, SJF

• Cody Wyatt Davis for theft of service ($2,500 - $30,000), SJF

•  Kerstie Delaney for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F2

• Charles Raymond Guhl for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, SJF

• Denejia Nyshavuon Hawkins for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F2

• Cutter Graeme Overton for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F2

• Dewann Gene Robison for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F3

• Jose Alfredo Rosas for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F2

• Jose Servin for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, SJF

• Kristina Marie Stubblefield for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, F3.
