Erath County grand jury indicts 10 on variety of charges.

The following list is from the Erath County District Attorney’s Office and includes last week’s grand jury indictments.

• Jessie Lee Ainsworth for driving while intoxicated with child passenger (enhanced), a state jail felony.

• Jesus Manuel Deleon for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

• William Edgar Hickey for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a third degree felony.

• Joshua Rolston Majors for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (enhanced), a third degree felony.

• Stephanie Kay Moseley for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.

• Joe Paul Martinez for two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third degree felony.

• Anthony Blake Peaton for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

• Omar Eduardo Robles for deadly conduct (discharge firearm) (enhanced), a third degree felony.

• Desiree Faith Ramirez for prohibited substance in a correctional facility, a third degree felony.

• Everett Brooke Williams for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a second degree felony, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence (enhanced), a third degree felony.
