AccelHealth searching for new director of nursing at De Leon clinic.

AccelHealth is now looking for its next director of nursing to oversee the De Leon clinic.

The full-time position includes developing short and long-term goals for the nursing department; establishing new policies and updating existing ones to maintain and improve the standard of patient care; coordinating with medical staff, department chiefs and other teams to optimize clinic workflow and overall health center efficiency and providing direct supervision to the assistant director of nursing and nursing supervisors.

AccelHealth is a federally qualified health center dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to the communities it serves.

The director of nursing is responsible for the overall direction, management and efficiency of clinical services at AccelHealth.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of leadership experience; RN or LVN accepted; strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills and experience in a clinic or FQHC setting.
