The Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council has announced this year’s celebrity waiters taking part in the 20th annual Ragin’ Cajun crawfish boil and silent auction.
This year’s event takes place from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at the Big Red Barn in Stephenville.
The teams of celebrity waiters include (drum roll, please)...
Kelsey and Dustin Goates (Roux-thless Goates), Callie Fender and Isabel Talamantes (Bayou Babes), Dr. Jill McAngus and Dr. Alana Waterford (Crocodile Dun-Doc-Dees), Traci and Ira Goodman (Geaux Get'em Goodmans) and Brayden and Brittany Lack (Ragin’ Roux-Fers).
The teams will compete to raise money for CTFAC, which works to make the arts accessible to everyone.
“This year’s winning celebrity waiter team title is up for grabs. They will receive a trophy and bragging rights until the event returns next year,” CTFAC executive director Christine Newton told Beneath the Surface News. “The waiter teams are always competitive and this year is no exception.”
Businesses and individuals are invited to donate items for the silent auction.

“There will be plenty of fun on hand with delicious Cajun crawfish, shrimp and all the fixings as well as music and dancing,” Christine said. “And the costumed celebrity waiters will also be there to entertain you all night long.”
