You don’t need to find a restaurant to enjoy these sesame chicken lettuce wraps.
Not only is this recipe a cinch, it’s super healthy and oh so delicious!
WHAT’S IN IT
6 ounces chicken breast, minced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup shitake mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. low sodium soy
½ tsp. oyster sauce
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
Drizzle of sesame oil
Butter lettuce
HOW TO MAKE IT
Sauté celery, mushroom and garlic until tender; add minced chicken and cook thoroughly.
Add sauces and continue to cook until liquid is reduced.
Serve in butter lettuce leaves.
Drizzle sriracha or red pepper flakes to take up the heat!
