With school back in session and sports in full swing, getting a hot, delicious meal on the dinner table can be a burden some days.

But it doesn’t have to be.

This easy recipe for creamy chicken tetrazzini takes the hassle out of cooking and it’s one your family is sure to love.

WHAT’S IN IT

1 lb. cooked spaghetti

1 lb. cooked chicken, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups sour cream

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Parsley for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

In large bowl whisk soups, sour cream, butter, chicken broth and salt and pepper until combined.

Fold in the chicken until coated, add spaghetti and toss to combine.

Pour into prepared 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with cheese on it.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

TIP: Garnish with a little cayenne pepper and chopped parsley.
