Volleman’s Family Farm gets ready to celebrate grand opening of its creamery. And you’re invited.
Updated: Jun 16, 2022
The public is invited to Volleman’s Family Farm on Saturday, June 18, to celebrate the grand opening of its new creamery in Gustine.
There will be plenty of fun for all ages including tours of the family farm and a chance to pet calves, as well as food and samples of its glass-bottled milk.
“We are excited to have everyone come out to our grand opening and show just where our milk comes from. We are looking forward to meeting our loyal customers who have supported our family farm over these last couple of years and we can’t wait to meet some new fans as well,” Andrew Volleman told Beneath the Surface News.
The celebration will take place from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
The 17,000 square-foot creamery at Volleman’s Family Farm is located at 15400 Hwy. 36 in Gustine.
With a team of 40 creamery workers and delivery drivers, the Vollemans bottle a tanker load of milk per day.
“Our milk can go from cow to bottle in less than 24 hours, so it truly is farm fresh,” Andrew said.
ABOUT THAT MILK
You can buy milk from Volleman’s Family Farm in Stephenville at Baby Clay’s, Littlejohn Produce and Lilly’s Food.

The milk, which also comes in chocolate and strawberry, is sold in glass bottles by the gallon, half-gallon and quart.
Customers pay a one-time deposit of $2 when they buy their first bottle of milk.
When the milk is gone, they wash and return the bottle to the store and can either get their $2 back or use it toward their next purchase.
