The Texas Rangers are in the World Series and these 2 local hotspots are hosting watch parties.

Admit it.

Even if you’re not a die-hard baseball fan, you’re excited that the Texas Rangers are in the World Series.

The Rangers will be taking on the Arizona Diamondbacks at 7 p.m. Friday at Globe Life Field in Arlington for the first game of the series.

If you’re not willing to shell out hundreds of dollars for a single ticket (and you’ll have to get them on the secondary market because it’s already sold out), there are places you can go locally to catch the game with your friends.

15 TVS, A BIG SCREEN AND SURROUND SOUND

What better place to watch the World Series than Stephenville’s No. 1 sports bar?

Owner Court Cole told Beneath the Surface News that Bull Nettle will be dishing up free hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jacks while the game is played on 15 televisions and a big screen.

And if Rangers fans get a little rowdy, well, that’s ok, too. Bull Nettle has a great speaker system so you won’t miss the commentary.

Celebrate with a cold beer, delicious margaritas or shot if you get really excited.

Bull Nettle will host watch parties every night of the series.

(Oh, and there’s no cover charge!)

'TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME!’

If you need a ballpark fix, head to Newton’s Saddlerack in downtown Stephenville for Friday’s big game.

Melanie Newton said the bar’s special menu will feature ballpark-style hotdogs and nachos, loaded fries and $3 draft beer.

How’s that for World Series-watching fun?!

Go Rangers!
