Christmas in July?
Kind of.
The city of Stephenville is looking for talented performers to take part in this year’s holiday celebration – Christmasville.
“Whether you're a choir, dance group, school organization, band, solo musician or other performing act, we'd love to showcase your talent during this festive community event,” a Facebook post states.
“Spread holiday cheer, entertain thousands of visitors and be part of one of Downtown Stephenville's favorite traditions!”
The event will include a full day of holiday cheer with horse-drawn carriage rides, live music and the annual lighted Christmas parade.
You’ll even be treated to a special visit Santa and Mrs. Clause.
Christmasville will be held this year on Saturday, Nov. 28. (Just two days after Thanksgiving.)
