This is the second in a series of stories highlighting spring and Easter merchandise at local retailers.
I’m in full spring mode.
After a huge closet purge, I began replacing all of my candles, blankets, pillows and dishes; if it whispered cold weather, it was a goner, stored away until fall makes its way around again.
For now, it’s all about the warmth. (I even weeded the flowerbeds and sat by the pool last week.)
I’ve done some shopping too.
And my annual trek through my favorite Stephenville boutiques landed me at Cheerful Heart, and let me tell you, that place is brimming with all things spring.
Think cute Mud Pie dishes (my favorite plate says “eat it or starve”), florals, Easter décor, and of course, the spectacular spring line from MacKenzie-Childs.
I was drawn to the Kendra Scott display where I picked out a cute “V” necklace that fits perfectly into a stack I have going and some cute cheaters.
The boutique also carries a big selection of colorful totes and makeup bags perfect for all that upcoming travel you’re planning.
