Say hi to Bacon and Freckles. They are this week’s featured pets.
A dog named Bacon is up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society, and this happy fella is one guy you will want to meet.
“Bacon is a five-year-old heeler mix,” said ECHS executive director Serena Wright. “He is sweet and loves attention. He is good with female dogs, but not so good with male dogs.”
Bacon is also kennel-trained and microchipped.
Freckles is a six-month-old tortie female described as lovable and playful.
You can meet Bacon, Freckles and the other dogs and cats up for adoption by visiting the animal shelter located at 891 E. Road in Stephenville.
