Erath County residents who have experienced damage to their homes or property due to the recent winter storm are encouraged to fill out a survey that could lead to financial assistance from the federal government.

Simply hold your cell phone’s camera over the QR code (like a restaurant menu) and the survey will pop up.

Stephenville’s deputy city manager Jason King told Beneath the Surface News that the survey is being used to help the state’s emergency management officials identify damage across Texas.

Use the QR code or click here to access the survey.

Residents are asked to fill out only one survey per impacted address.

Reporting damage to emergency management is completely voluntary and does not guarantee financial assistance.

Residents with property damage should still contact their insurance company to file any claims.
