Moving on up! Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council relocating to downtown square in April.

The Cross Timbers Fine Arts Council is making a move.

A big one.

CTFAC executive director Christine Newton told Beneath the Surface News that the organization is moving to the building where Pinspiration Stephenville is currently located on the Erath County courthouse square in April.

“We are so excited. The building is gorgeous and is move-in ready,” Christine said. “The new location will increase our visibility and take us to the next level.”

She said the organization will work closely with the Stephenville Downtown Merchants.

“We plan to keep the gallery open in the evenings so people can stop in after having dinner at Newton’s Cellar or Greer’s,” she said.

CTFAC always has an amazing slate of events on its schedule. Here’s a short rundown of what’s coming up next:

The Artwork of Lauren Betancur: The exhibit opens today and will remain on display through Saturday, Feb. 26.
