Brittany Jones is quite possibly one of the easiest people I have ever had the pleasure of interviewing.
Not only is this local broker incredibly knowledgeable about Erath County, she understands the laws and benefits buyers can use to their advantage.
Brittany owns Texas West Real Estate and her office is located at the edge of Erath County.
She specializes in farms, ranches and horse properties, but also sells residential and commercial spaces.
In fact, Brittany is the listing agent for Stephenville’s University Plaza, where SOAR Physical Therapy, Dulce Panda Creamery and Spirit Halloween are located.
Her marketing degree from Tarleton State University has given her a leg up when it comes to working for prospective buyers and sellers.
“I get a lot of listings because I do a lot for customers; things like videos, reels and Zillow 3D tours,” Brittany told Beneath the Surface News.
Growing up in Cresson and attending school in Granbury, Brittany knows this slice of North Texas well.
Prior to getting her real estate license in 2019, she worked in the healthcare industry.
“My husband encouraged me to make the transition and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made,” she said.
“I get to meet so many people with so many different stories. Some are happy, with people buying their first homes, starting families or new careers, and some stories are sad.
“But I really enjoy helping people.”
