The leafy greens feel a little like paper money, and who couldn’t use more of that?

WHAT’S IN IT
2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 cup onion, chopped
29-ounce can tomato sauce
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 cup instant rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
14-ounce can beef broth
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine all ingredients except broth in a deep 9x13 baking dish.
Drizzle with broth and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour; uncover and stir. Cover again; bake an additional 30-40 minutes.
