Julianne’s Building and Home Design, located in Stephenville, has a new program that will give clients a very clear idea how their finished designs will look.
Lauren Bardon, a lead designer at Julianne’s, spoke to Beneath the Surface News about the new program, specifically designed to be used for new builds and remodels.
“This new program has enhanced the design process for our clients, giving them a realistic vision of what their finished projects will look like,” Lauren said.
“We can develop designs from the start or work with pre-existing plans. We also work with local architects to have the plans architecturally reviewed and approved.”
Julianne’s new program uses a three-tiered system that gives clients a 3D view of exact finishes, new walls, cabinetry and placements of doors, windows and furnishings.
“This really helps clients who aren’t visual and allows us to communicate design ideas in a way that makes more sense.”
Julianne’s is owned by Julie Thomas and specializes in interior design, remodeling, new construction and commercial design.
“I am lucky enough to have the best contractors in Stephenville partnering with me and my team, for construction and remodeling of homes, offices and commercial buildings,” Julie said.
“Each project is different and we customize our packages to fit our clients’ needs.”
Julianne’s is located at 2551 N. Northwest Loop suite A in Stephenville.

On a personal note, Julie and her team of designers remodeled my kitchen a few years ago. It’s spectacular.

Really appreciated this article. Tools like this new 3D design system honestly make remodeling conversations so much easier for homeowners who cannot always visualize finishes, cabinet layouts, or how a new space will actually feel once it is built. We see the same thing when people plan upgrades here in Colorado, especially when design changes connect with comfort improvements and insulation planning. Having something this clear helps clients make confident choices and even talk with Aurora insulation companies or other local pros with a better understanding of what they truly need. It is great to see Julianne’s continuing to collaborate closely with skilled local contractors and keeping the focus on quality results for the community.
When I started looking for a developer for my future home, I realized that the market is very large and it is not always clear who to trust. A lot of information about the best and worst companies was scattered across different sites, and this only made things confusing. Then a friend advised me to look at the review of the best and worst homebuilders . There are clearly structured reviews and ratings of developers, which helped me make a more informed choice. I think if you are also planning to buy a house, it is worth taking the time to study such resources to avoid unpleasant surprises.
Building and Home Design has acquired a cutting-edge 3D program that allows clients to visualize their remodel or redesign projects with stunning realism. This technology enhances planning and decision-making. Whether you're revamping interiors or planning outdoor features, services like https://lakemartinconcrete.com/cement-services can complement your design by providing high-quality cement solutions that bring your 3D vision to life with precision.
Great insights on home remodeling! I’d also suggest adding polyester underfloor insulation—it’s an effective and non-irritant option that helps keep your home energy-efficient and comfortable year-round.
