Located in the historic First National Bank building, Julianne’s is one of the most striking businesses on the Erath County Courthouse square.

But as lovely as its outside facade, step inside and you will be greeted with an array of upscale treasures for your home and lifestyle.

Julianne’s carries exquisite home décor, linens, bath and body products, a large selection of fabrics and drapery and artisan candles you can’t find just anywhere else.

“We try to highlight artisan-type products,” owner Julie Anne Thomas told Beneath the Surface News. “One of our newest vendors is Bre’s Farmhouse, a line of women’s clothing.

“Bre worked for me for a couple of years, and when she left, she opened up her own online business.”

Julianne’s doesn’t carry a large selection of clothing, but what they do have is fun and different and perfect for spring and summer. The shop also carries a gorgeous line of jewelry.

“One of the things people may not know is that we are a primary distributor for Wiseman House Chocolates and we get new shipments in regularly,” Julie said. “We are also the only ones in town that carry fine linens – bedding, sheets and wallpaper.”

And here is something else you might not know: A large part of Julianne’s is centered on helping customers create the perfect look for their home or business.

“We worked on the beginning stages of Hotel Lucy and the concepts for all of the rooms and helped with the furniture selections and lighting,” Julie said.

The months-long project took Julie and Vicki Nivens, owner of Hotel Lucy, to Dallas, Las Vegas and Minnesota.

Her latest project is Tarleton State University’s Trogdon House, the personal residence of Dr. and Mrs. Hurley.

“We are working on new rugs, furniture, window treatments, lighting, the kitchen and patio,” she said.

But not all her projects are that high-profile.

Julianne’s offers a wide-range of services for interior design; something for every budget.

“We can be involved from the ground up on a home build and work with the architect or we can help with small projects,” Julie said.

Whatever your needs might be, Julie and her team of designers will help you create a gorgeous living space just right for your lifestyle.
