It’s National Adopt a Cat Month and Diplo might be ‘purrfect’ for your family.

One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Diplo, a one-year-old female domestic shorthair.
“She is a very sweet cat that was found as a stray,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “She is very friendly and loves attention.”
Diplo will hide under a bed like a turtle when she thinks she’s being ignored and is very vocal (but loud noises scare her).
Diplo is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and litterbox trained. And here’s something else: June is National Adopt a Cat Month and adopting one will only cost $20.
Biggun is a one to two-year-old male Heeler mix.
“He is good with kids, strangers, dogs and livestock,” Serena said. “He walks fairly well on a leash, but does pull some and he does well in his kennel, but will have an accident if left too long.”
Biggun (hence the name) is a large dog with a lot of energy, so he would do best in an active household.
He is friendly, likes attention, riding in a car and being groomed.
But when he’s left alone, you’ll want to keep him in a crate.
Biggun is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative.
