Before you stuff yourself with turkey on Thanksgiving Day, make plans to take part in the 7th annual Huffin’ for the Stuffin’ 5k fun run in Stephenville.

Julie and Dana Brinkley started the neighborhood run, which has expanded to a community-wide event with more than 200 participants last year.

Runners will be treated to a piece of pumpkin pie and door prizes when they cross the finish line.

(How fun is that?!)

The entry fee helps cover race day costs and benefits the Stephenville Running Club.

Oh, and participants are asked to bring canned food to be donated to Grace Place Ministry.

Plan smarter using a time duration calculator that gives fast and reliable measurements for any type of time calculation.

Funny how so many community events tie back to fitness—like that 5k run you mentioned. I’ve found that having the right tools to track progress makes a huge difference in keeping momentum for things like fun runs or even casual workouts. I once debated whether to stick with a classic tracker like Fitbit or try something new, and I came across this breakdown that really helped me see the pros and cons https://madmuscles-review.com/workout-apps/madmuscles-vs-fitbit/  . Honestly, it gave me a clearer idea of what would actually fit my routine instead of just following hype. Having that kind of comparison saved me from trial-and-error, and I think others might find it useful too.
