One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Bella.
“She was surrendered through no fault of her own and is ready to find the loving home she deserves,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News.
“When she arrived, she was dealing with double ear infections and hair loss caused by fleas, but she's on the road to recovery and her sweet personality has never wavered.”
Bella is an absolute love bug who wants nothing more than to be with her people.
She's housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go outside - and she'll be just as quick to let you know when she's ready to come back in.
Bella enjoys going for walks, spending time outdoors and loves riding in the car, happily hopping into the front seat for every adventure.
Bella came to the shelter with another dog and should do well with canine companions, although a meet and greet is always recommended.
“She does show a strong interest in cats, so a home without cats or with careful introductions would be the best,” Serena said.
Bella is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.
Trail Mix is a sweet, affectionate girl who is ready to find the loving forever home she deserves
“She was also surrendered to us through no fault of her own, and she's hoping her next home will be the one she gets to stay in forever,” Serena said.

“Trail Mix is a total cuddle bug. She loves being around people, enjoys plenty of affection and will happily curl up in your lap for a cozy nap.”
If you're looking for a cat who will keep you company and shower you with love, Trail Mix may be your perfect match.
She is also wonderfully social and does well with dogs, cats, and kids, making her a great fit for many different types of families.
She is litterbox trained, spayed, microchipped and partially vaccinated.
