Foster mother killed in two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 67; children transported to hospital.

Officials on scene of an accident that claimed the life of a Stephenville woman.

A Stephenville woman was killed in an accident around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday on Hwy. 67 about a mile past Three Way towards Glen Rose.

Beneath the Surface News has confirmed with an official at Foster’s Home for Children in Stephenville that the woman is a foster parent.

She was traveling to Glen Rose with two children when the accident occurred, the official said.

The children have been transferred to a hospital. Their condition is not known.

DPS is investigating.
