An Erath County grand jury indicted 19 people Thursday on an array of charges.

The following list of indictments was issued by the office of District Attorney Alan Nash.

Kendon Dawayne Baker for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Hollis Matthew Scott Cole Jr. for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Dustin Allen Cunningham for violation of a protective order (with two previous convictions), a third degree felony.

Sarah Nicole Day for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Emmanuel Garcia for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

Johnathan Michael Garcia for deadly conduct (discharge firearm), a third degree felony.

William Douglas Hall for possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a state jail felony.

John David Hallmark for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony.

Justin Lee Hubble for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third degree felony.

Krystale Raine Lee for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, a first degree felony.

Noe Martin Luna for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

Christopher Cole Peters for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.

Gabriel Renteria for unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material, a state jail felony.

Emmanuel Reyna for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, a state jail felony.
