An Erath County grand jury indicted 19 people Thursday on an array of charges.


The following list of indictments was issued by the office of District Attorney Alan Nash.

Kendon Dawayne Baker for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

 

Hollis Matthew Scott Cole Jr. for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

 

Dustin Allen Cunningham for violation of a protective order (with two previous convictions), a third degree felony.

 

Sarah Nicole Day for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Emmanuel Garcia for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

 

Johnathan Michael Garcia for deadly conduct (discharge firearm), a third degree felony.

John David Hallmark for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, a third degree felony.
