Erath County grand jury indicts couple charged in near drowning of 3-year-old child.

An Erath County grand jury has indicted a couple on numerous charges in an incident involving the near-drowning of a three-year-old child at the Patrick Apartments in Stephenville on Feb. 16.

 

Crystal Lee Brinegar, the child’s mother, has been indicted on two counts of abandoning/endangering a child, a state jail felony.

 


Jacob Travis Daniels has been indicted for intentional injury to a child, a first degree felony, reckless injury to a child, a second degree felony, and abandoning/endangering a child, a state jail felony.

Jacob Ryan Barham for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

 


Howard Clark Boyles, III, for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 

Victoria Sarai Colunga for deadly conduct (discharge firearm), a third degree felony.

 

Antonio Espinoza, Jr. for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.

 

Jesus Anthony Garcia Jr. for assault on a peace officer, a second degree felony.

 


Brandy Garza for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a first degree felony.

 

Abigail Luna for possession of a substance in penalty group 2, a state jail felony.

 

Garrett Alan Prince for driving while intoxicated with child passenger, a state jail degree felony.

 

Jesse James Towers for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a third degree felony.



Calixto Ramos for aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon, a first degree felony.

 

Woody Rocky Rhodes for assault (family violence) (occlusion), a third degree felony.

 

Elijah Paul Walker for assault (family violence) (occlusion), a third degree felony.

 

Chance Wayne Zimmerman for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.
