An Erath County grand jury indicted 14 people Thursday on a variety of charges ranging from drug possession and theft to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.


The following list of indictments was released by the office of District Attorney Alan Nash.

• Taylor Danielle Bigbie for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, a first degree felony.


• Agustin Franco Carranza for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.


• Angel Gerardo Cerritos-Palma for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.


• Amanda Michelle Hamilton for theft of property ($150k - $300k), a second degree felony.

• Christine Lynn Hartman for possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.


• William Lance Hathcock for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group 1, a first degree felony.


• Garrett Franklin Holmes for intoxication assault (with a vehicle) causing serious bodily injury, a third degree felony.

• Leroy Henry Jones for two counts of theft of property ($2,500 < $30k), both state jail felonies, and possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.


• Michael David Jones for driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.


• Alberto Azael Mendoza-Lopez for possession of a substance in penalty group 2, a second degree felony.


• Alejandro Rodriguez for evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction (enhanced), a state jail felony.
