Erath County grand jury indicts 12, including teen charged with nine counts of child pornography.

An Erath County grand jury on Thursday indicted a 17-year-old male on nine counts of possession or promotion of child pornography, a second degree felony.


The suspect was arrested as a juvenile, but certified to stand trial as an adult by Judge Blake Thompson, District Attorney Alan Nash told Beneath the Surface News.

The grand jury indicted 11 others that include:


Huey Lynn Goodman, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.


Eric Edward James, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.


Brittany Rashell Jury, forgery, a state jail felony.

Ileana Berenice Lopez-Rocha, possession of a substance, a second degree felony.


Gilbert Montesdeoca, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.


James Aaron Rogers, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.


Yvonne Judith Rosales, driving while intoxicated (3rd or more offense), a third degree felony.

Zachary Rex Simpson, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.


Edwin Lee Snow, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.


Jacob Juan Villalpando, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony.


Samuel Eugene Woods, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
