Election Day arrives on Saturday. Here’s what you need to know.
After weeks of campaigning, Election Day (finally) arrives on Saturday.
Stephenville voters will weigh in on several key issues like who will serve as the city’s mayor and fill an open seat on the city council.
Residents will also decide on two Stephenville ISD bond proposition and who will serve on place 4 of the school board.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, at the Erath County Courthouse, TexasBank, Texas A&M Agrilife Research & Extension Center and Patrick Street Church of Christ in Dublin.
(Don’t forget that a valid ID is required to vote.)
ON THE BALLOT IN STEPHENVILLE
PROPOSITION A: The issuance of $50 million in bonds by the Stephenville ISD for the construction of a football/soccer stadium.
PROPOSITION B: The issuance of $25 million in bonds by the Stephenville ISD for building and equipping a multi-purpose indoor facility, tennis complex, baseball stands and press box.
