For a unique twist on your next burger, try this recipe for one made with chicken and topped with a delicious kimchi bacon jam.

WHAT YOU NEED
1 lb. ground chicken
½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp gochujang sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
Avocado oil
Brioche buns
Smoked gouda, sliced
Arugula
Mayonnaise
Cucumber slices
KIMCHI BACON JAM
6 slices bacon, cut
1 ½ cups kimchi
2 tbsp brown sugar
To prepare kimchi: Fry bacon until crisp, then sauté with kimchi and brown sugar until caramelized.
For chicken patties: Combine ground chicken, Panko, gochujang, garlic powder and salt, then form into patties.
Pan-fry burgers, toast buns and assemble with kimchi bacon jam, greens and mayo.
