I have a secret.
For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working with a web designer to give Beneath the Surface News a fresh, new look.
This is the website’s second redesign since it was launched almost six years ago.
(Time flies!)
With 60 local businesses trusting their advertising to Beneath the Surface News and more than one million social media/website views every month, we are committed to staying current with online trends while finding new ways to increase reader engagement and advocate for advertisers.
The new design will include a few tweaks to the Home Page and the addition of an online poll that will rotate between state and local issues, and of course, a little fun.
But the big news is that Beneath the Book Club is getting its own page! Yay!
The page will feature the club’s current monthly read, upcoming and new releases, rotating ad spaces and a poll that will make it easy for book clubbers to vote on their next book.
I expect to launch the new site in the next few days, so stay tuned!
I can’t wait for you to see it!
Thanks for reading and continuing to support local journalism. I appreciate each and every one of you.
