Barnum and Bailey: This brother/sister cat duo would love to be adopted together.
Two of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society are Barnum and Bailey, a brother/sister cat duo that would love to stay together.
Barnum and Bailey are two to three years old.
They were adopted in 2020, then returned to the shelter because of housing issues.
“They would likely thrive in a home together, but do not have to be adopted together,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News.
Barnum loves attention, playing with toys and chasing lasers, but Bailey keeps to herself.
They are spayed and neutered, microchipped and litter box trained.
Leelyn is a two-year-old female Aussie/Heeler mix.
“She is very people and dog-friendly,” Serena said. “She is energetic and walks well on a leash.”
Leelyn is kennel trained and knows how to sit, shake, lay down and roll over.
She has received the DHPP and Bordatella vaccines, is microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention.
