If you are looking to spice up your life, this TikTok inspired recipe for hot honey (and healthy) chicken bowls will do the trick.

WHAT YOU NEED
6 chicken thighs
½ cup Mike’s Hot Honey
½ cup Dijon mustard
Zest of 2 Lemons
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 sweet potatoes cubed
Shredded cabbage
3 green onions, chopped
½ cup Greek yogurt
Feta cheese
1 avocado
Splash of chicken broth
Arugula
Seasonings: Onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, olive oil or avocado oil.
HOW TO MAKE IT
Season chicken thighs and brown on both sides, then finish in the oven until cooked.
Let it rest and cut into bite-size pieces.
Combine honey, Dijon, 1 lemon zest and juice, pepper and paprika; mix well.
In the same pan as the chicken, deglaze it a little with chicken broth and add the sauce and diced chicken; stir until coated.
Roast seasoned sweet potatoes until tender.
Make dressing for the slaw and add avocado and feta; toss.
Build this bowl on a base of arugula. Add potatoes, chicken and top with slaw.
Garnish with green onion and a drizzle of Hot Honey.
