The latest numbers on Covid-19 in Erath County show no signs of slowing down.
Stephenville’e health authority Dr. Kelly Doggett reported 42 new cases on Monday evening and 17 local hospitalizations.
The total number of active cases across the county now stands at 247.
“The positive test rate is 28.5% with approximately 31.4% of eligible residents having at least one vaccination,” Dr. Doggett told Beneath the Surface News.
About 27% of those eligible are fully vaccinated, he added.
