HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED

3 tbsp butter

1 medium onion

2 medium carrots
Â
2 stalks celery
Â
3 cloves garlic
Â
1 cup wild rice
Â
6 cups chicken brothÂ

2 cups cooked turkey
Â
1 tsp dried thyme (2 tsp fresh)

1 tsp rosemary (2 tsp fresh)

2 bay leaves

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup flour

2 cups whole milk or half and half

½ heavy cream

2 tbsp parsley

HOW TO MAKE IT

Saute onion, garlic, carrots and celery in butter; add seasonings and flour and combine.Â
