This week’s featured pets are happy and extra friendly. They will cause you to fall in love.

One of this week’s featured pets up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society is Fayelin, a six-month-old female Lab Weimaraner mix.

“She is very energetic and wiggly,” ECHS executive director Serena Wright told Beneath the Surface News. “She loves people and can be very vocal so she probably wouldn't be ideal in an apartment setting.”

Fayelin loves to play and chew on her toys. She barks at other dogs, but hasn't shown any aggression.

She is not housebroken, crate trained or leash trained, so she will need someone to be patient and teach her.

Fayelin is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Swag is an eight-month-old male Domestic Shorthair.

“He is very friendly and gets along with other cats,” Serena said. “He enjoys lounging around in his kennel, but may gain energy once he is introduced into his new home."

Swag has finished kitten vaccinations, is microchipped and litter box trained. He is pending neuter and rabies vaccine.
